INGRIDENT


Anjeer - 4/5 piece
Hing  - 1 pinch
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Black peeper - 1 pinch
Red chilly - 1 pinch
Jaggry - small piece
saunf - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 2 tsp

METHOD

1 -wash anjeer and soak 20 minute in water

2 - anjeer grind and cook a thick paste


3 -paste is cool add all spices and  crush  jaggry mix it


4 - make a dough

5 - make a small ball and rest 4 hour in fan
6 - your khatta mitha anjeer churn is ready
