MOZZARELLA CHEESE






INGRIDENT

Amul full cream milk - 1/2 lt
Lemon juice - 3 tsp

METHOD

1 - milk is very light warm

2 - add lemon juice slowly
3 -water and cheese separate 

4 -  cheese wash light warm water 2/3 time

5 - 2 time wash very cold water and tightly press with hand

6 -wrap cheese with the help of  plastic sheet and put in air tight box 3/4 hour in refrigerator

7 -mozzarella cheese is ready 
8 -great cheese on pizza or sandwich
