ATTA STEAM MOMOS


INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour - 1 bowl
Salt              - 1 tsp
Cauliflower - small


METHOD

1 - Take a bowl and add wheat flour, 1 pinch salt, water to make a dough



2 - Rest dough for 15 minute


3 - Wash cauliflower and grate it then add 1 tsp of salt and mix them


4 - Make balls fro dough and then roll the dough with rolling pin until the balls resemble thin then using a circular object make circle on the rolled balls and take them out



5 - Now stuff those circles with grated cauliflower and salt mixture
and seal it your momos ready to be steamed 



6 - After this take a pan and add water, when water starts boiling add strainer on pan and now place momos on the strainer and cover with lid on high flame for 10 minute




7 - After 10 minute your steam momos are ready


8 - Serve hot with red chilly chutney and mayonnaise
