INGRIDENT
Baby potato - 1 k.g.
Curd - 5 tbs
Red chilly - 1 -1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Oil - 3 tbs
Dry coriander - 1 tbs
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Kasturi methi - some
METHOD
1 - boil potato
2 - peel and hole [ help by folk]
3 - take a bowl all spices [avoid amchur powder ,hing , jeera and mustard seeds]mix in curd
4 - oil put in pan
5 - add jeera , hing and mustard seeds
6 - add spices curd and mix it
7 - add all potato mix and 1/2 glass water add and mix it in medium flame
8 - after 10 minute add amchur powder and mix it
9 - potato observe water
10 - your baby potato is ready
