METHOD
1 - Wash guar ki phali (cluster bean) and put in pressure cooker with some water and give a whistle on large flame
2 - Boil aloo (potato)
3 - Strain guar ki phali (cluster bean) in strainer and peel it from both side
4 - Peel aloo (potato) and cut it in small pieces then squeeze guar phali (cluster bean) so that water comes out
5 - Take a pan and add oil when oil gets hot put Jeera(cumin), when Jeera(cumin) color turns brown add all spices in it which are given in ingredients, now add aloo(potato) and guar ki phali (cluster beans) in it and mix well and rest it for 15 minute on low flame
6 - Your vegetable is ready now serve hot.
- Guar ki phali (cluster beans) - 1/2 kg
- Aloo (potato) - 1 large
- Green chilly - 3-4
- Oil - 2 table spoon
- Red chilly - 1/1.5 tea spoon
- Turmeric - 1 tea spoon
- Salt - 1/1.5 tea spoon (according to taste)
- Dry coriander - 1 tea spoon
- Amchoor powder - 1/2 tea spoon
- Jeera - 1/2 tea spoon
