LAUKI KA HALWA


INGREDIENTS

Lauki (Bottle gourd)  - 300 g.
Amul diamond milk - 1 litre
Sugar                        - 2 table spoon 
Desi Ghee                 - 2 table spoon
Dry fruits                  - according to taste
Elaichi powder         - for sprinkling


METHOD

1 - Start with grating lauki or ghiya



2 - Now take a pan and add grated lauki, milk and mix them well till it boils, put the stove on medium flame and keep stirring in between



3 - After 1 hour when it is boiled and lauki starts absorbing milk then add 2 table spoon desi ghee and 2 table spoon sugar and mix it well and keep stirring





4 - After 15 minute add elaichi powder and pieces dry fruit and mix it, till whole milk is absorbed by lauki




5 - Now add some nuts on it and your halwa is ready to serve
