TOMATO BHAKARWADI

INGREDIENTS

Tomato - 2
Wheat flour - 1/2 bowl
Oil - deep fry
Salt - according to taste
Red chilly - 1/2[less]
Garam masala - 1/2[less]
Black salt - 1 pinch
Sugar - 3 tsp


METHOD

1-Cut tomato




2-take a pan add 1 tsp oil


3-add cut tomato

4 -add all spices in it



5 - rest in 10 minute on low flame



6 - take a wheat flour



7 - add salt and 2 tsp oil in it



8 - make a tight dough and rest in 15 minute



9 - cut 2 ball



10 - ball roll with roller



11 - tomato chutney grease on it



12- Fold chappati



13 - cut chappati


14 -hot oil and add cut chapati in medium flame
15-bhakherwadi colour is golden

16 - tomato bhakerwadi is ready
