ALOO GOBI

INGREDIENT

  • Gobi(Cauliflower)           - 1/2 kg
  • Aloo (Potato)                   - 1 small
  • Green chilly                     - 3
  • Ginger                              - small piece
  • Jeera (Cumin)                   - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Red chilly                         - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Salt (According to taste)  - 1 tea spoon [ according to taste]
  • Turmeric                          - 1/3 tea spoon
  • Dry coriander                   - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Oil                                    - 1 tea spoon
  • Garam masala                  - 1 pinch


METHOD

1 - Wash Aloo(potato) and Gobi(cauliflower) then cut it in small pieces.
2 - Take a pan and add oil in it, when oil becomes hot add jeera(cumin) and pieces of tomato and green chilly and other spices in pan except garam masala and stir well.

3 - When oil is separated from spices then add aloo(potato) gobi(cauliflower) in the pan and stir well after this cover lid and rest it for 30 minutes on medium flame. 

4 - Your vegetable is ready sprinkle garam masala and serve with chapati.
