AMCHOOR CHUTNEY (Mango powder chutney)

INGREDIENTS

Amchoor powder                    - 3 table spoon
Water                                         - 3 cup
Red chilly                                  - 1/2 tea spoon
Black salt                                   - 1 tea spoon
Salt                                              - 1/2 tea spoon
Roasted grind jeera (cumin) - 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala                          - 1 pinch
Sugar                                          - 4 table spoon


METHOD

 1- Take a pan and add water in it with other ingredients

2 - Put it on high flame for 30 minute

3 - Keep stiring after every 2 minute

4 - Your chutney is ready

5 - Put chutney in refrigerator and let it cool
