This is a process to make tasty rajma without using onion and garlic ( jain rajma)

- Rajma (Kidney Beans) - 2 Bowls
- Green chilly - 4-5
- Ginger - small piece
- Amul cream - 4 table spoon
- Oil - 1 table spoon
- Red chilly - 1/2 tea spoon
- Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon
- Salt - 1. 1/5 tea spoon
- Dry Dhaniya (Coriander) - 1/2 tea spoon
- Hing - 1 pinch
- Jeera (Cumin) - 1/4 tea spoon
- Soak rajma for 5 hours
- Boil rajma for 45 minute in low flame and add 1/2 tea spoon salt or (According to taste)
- To make the paste grind tomato, green chilli and ginger
- Take a pan and put oil , after oil is hot then add Hing (ASAFOETIDA ) and Jeera and add paste and add spices (as given in ingredients list) and mix in oil , when oil is separated from gravy then add rajma in gravy with water(according to quantity of gravy)
- Boil rajma for 10 minutes on medium flame
- Your rajma is ready add Coriander(Dhaniya) leaves and amul cream for garnishing.
