DELICIOUS ALOO PARATHA WITH CURD

INGRIDENTS

Wheat Flour -1 cup
Water 
 Curd 

FILLING

  • Aloo(Potato)      - 1 large
  • Green chilly       - 2
  • Coriander leave - some
  • Red chilly          - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Amchoor            - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Garam masala    - 1/4 tea spoon
  • Salt                     - 1/2 teaspoon (according to taste)
  • Oil                      - 2 table spoon

METHOD

  • Boil aloo (potato) in pressure cooker for 1/2 hour in low flame

  • FOR  THE FILLING----mash potato  and mix it in chopped green chilly, coriander leaves  and other spices

  • Take a bowl and put wheat flour in it then add little water and make dough of it 

  • Rest the dough for 15 minutes

  • Your dough is ready, now kneed the dough and from equal balls  using some dry flours, now using roller make the balls into small chapati and place 2 table spoon of the prepared filling on that small chapati and now join the edges forming a ball.

  • Using some dry flour and roller make this filled ball into a chapati 

  • Heat a pan and cook the paratha (chapati) on both side usig 1 tea spoon of oil on each side

  • When golden in colour in both side it is done and serve with curd
