- Aloo(Potato) - 1 large
- Green chilly - 2
- Coriander leave - some
- Red chilly - 1/2 tea spoon
- Amchoor - 1/2 tea spoon
- Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (according to taste)
- Oil - 2 table spoon
METHOD
- FOR THE FILLING----mash potato and mix it in chopped green chilly, coriander leaves and other spices
- Take a bowl and put wheat flour in it then add little water and make dough of it
- Rest the dough for 15 minutes
- Your dough is ready, now kneed the dough and from equal balls using some dry flours, now using roller make the balls into small chapati and place 2 table spoon of the prepared filling on that small chapati and now join the edges forming a ball.
- Heat a pan and cook the paratha (chapati) on both side usig 1 tea spoon of oil on each side
