INGREDIENTS
Kacha aam (raw mango) - 2
Green chilly - 20-25
Dry coriander - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt - less than 1/2 tea spoon
Saunf (fennel) - 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric - 1/2 tea spoon
Oil - 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon
METHOD
1 - Take kacha aam (raw mango) and green chillies and chop them
2 - Now take a pan, add oil in it, when oil gets hot add mustard seeds in it and after mustard seeds start popping add chopped kacha aan (raw mango) and green chillies in it
3 - After this add 1/2 tea spoon dry coriander, less than 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/2 tea spoon turmeric and 1/2 tea spoon saunf. Now rest them on low flame for 10 minutes ( KEEP STIRRING IN BETWEEN)
4 - After 10 minutes Your Khatta Teekha Achar is ready to serve with any meal
