BHARWA (STUFF) BHINDI


INGREDIENTS

Bhindi (Lady finger) - 1 k.g.
Oil                             - 1 table spoon
Red chilly                  - 1.1/2 tea spoon
Salt                            - 1.1/2 tea spoon
Dry coriander            - 1 tea spoon
Turmeric                    - 1 tea spoon
Amchoor powder       - 1 tea spoon
Ajwain (carom seeds)- 1 pinch


METHOD


1 - Wash bhindi and cut it from top and bottom side



2 - Now cut it from between


3 - Take a bowl and add 1.1/2 tea spoon red chilly, 1.1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon dry coriander, 1 tea spoon turmeric, 1 tea spoon amchoor powder and mix them all


4 - Now stuff this mixture of spices in bhindi


5 - Take a pan and add oil in it when oil gets hot add ajwain and stuffed bhindi in it and sprinkle the left mixture of spices on stuffed bhindi and rest it for 30 minutes on low flame (KEEP STIRRING IN BETWEEN)





6 - After 30 minute your Bharwa Bhindi is ready
