VEGGIE BREAD


INGREDIENTS

Bread                                             - 5-6 piece
Green bell pepper (Shimla mirch) - 2
Carrot                                             - 1
Tomato                                           - 2
Salt                                                 - 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly power                            - 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala                                 - 1 pinch
Oil                                                   - 1 table spoon
Mustard seeds                                 - 1/2 tea spoon

METHOD


1 - Chop carrot, tomato and green bell pepper(Shimla mirch)


2 - Now cut bread in small pieces



3 - Take a pan add oil in it when oil gets hot add mustard seeds and  chopped vegetables and rest it for 10 minute on low flame


4 - After 10 minutes add 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/2 tea spoon red chilly powder, 1 pinch garam masala and mix it well, then rest it for 5 minute on low flame


5 - Now add bread pieces and mix it well and rest it for 5 minute



6 - Your veggie bread is ready
