INGRIDIENTS
Sprouts - 1/2 bowel
Capsicum - 1/2
Tomato - 1/2
Suji - 1/2[less] bowel
Red chilly - 1/2 [less]tsp
Green chilly - 1
Garam masala - 1 pinch
Salt - according to taste
Curd - 1tbsp
Oil -1tsp
METHOD
1 - chop sprouts
2 - chop tomato,capsicum,green chilly
3 - add all material and spices in suji
4 - rest 10 minute
5 - put the flame on medium
6 - Greece the pan with oil and put the batter in it
7 - when uttpam is golden from both side you serve it with chutney
