SWEET CORN PAKODA


INGREDIENTS

Sweet corn            - 1-1/2 bowl
Maida flour           - 2 table spoon
Bread crumbs        - 1 table spoon
Oil                         - for frying
Salt                        - 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder- 1 pinch
Green chutney       - Coriander and mint chutney


METHOD

1 - Take a 1-1/2 bowl sweet corn and wash it and after washing it chop it with chopper



2 - Now add sweet corn in maida flour and also add 1/2 tea spoon salt or (according to taste) , 1 pinch red chilly powder or (according to taste) and mix them well and make a dough (without using water)





3 - After making the dough make small balls from it and dip these balls in bread crumbs so that bread crumbs are placed all over the ball




4 - Now take a frying pan add oil in it and fry the balls till its color changes to golden brown


5 - Your sweet corn pakoda is ready now, serve it with green chutney or any sider which you like
