INGREDIENTS
Kachaloo - 1/2 k.g.
Green chilly - 2
Ginger - very small piece
Lemon - 2
Black salt - more than 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly - 1 tsp
Roasted jeera (cumin) - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 pinch
METHOD
1 - kachaloo wash and boil
2 - peel and cut it
4 - take a bowl and add kachaloo, chopped green chilly , ginger and all spieces and mix it
5 - add lemon juice and mix it
6 - your chatpate kachaloo chatt is ready
