INGREDIENTS
Begun (Brinjal) - 2
Tomato - 3
Green chilly - 3
Ginger - 1 small piece
Pees - 10-12 piece
Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly - 1/4 tea spoon
Dry coriander - 1/4 tea spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 tea spoon
Garam masala - 1 pinch
Jeera (Cumin) - 1 pinch
Oil - 1 tea spoon
METHOD
1 - Wash bengun (brinjal), peel it and chop it, then place them in water
2 - Now take a pressure cooker and add pieces of begun, some water and give 3 whistles on high flame
3 - Grind tomato, green chilly and ginger in a grinder
4 - After this take a pan and add oil when oil gets hot add jeera and then add grinded (tomato, green chilly, ginger) which we made in previous step, 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/4 tea spoon red chilly, 1/4 dry coriander, 1/4 turmeric, 1 pinch garam masala
4 - Now mash the boiled bengun
5- When spices separate from oil then add mash begun and pees in it and mix on medium flame for 20 minute
6- Your Bengun bhadta is ready
