FRIED TINDA [APPLE GOURD]

INGREDIENT

Tinda - 1     k.g.
Oil - deep fry
Tomato - 4
Green chilly - 8-9
Curd  - 1 tsp
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Dry coriander - 1/2tsp
Garam masala - 1 pinch
Curry leaves 7-8
Jeera - 1/2 tsp


METHOD

1 - cut tinda
2 - golden fry in medium flame




 3 - chopped tomato and green chilly

4 - add oil in pan
5 - add jeera and curry leaves
6 - add chopped tomato,green chilly, curd and all spices and mix it

7 - oil seprate the spice add tindey in it and rest 15 minute in low flame

8 - your fried tinda is ready
