INGRIDIENT
Rice[boil] - 1/2 bowel
Curd - 1/2[small bowel]
Curry leaves - 7-8
Green chilly - 2
Salt - according to taste
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1pinch
Oil - 1tbsp
METHOD
1 - chopped green chilly and curry leaves
2 - add oil in pan
3 - add mustered seeds in hot oil
4 - add curry leaves,green chilly ,salt , curd and garam masala in oil and stir for 5 minute
5 -add boil rice in it and rest in 10 minute in low flame
6 - your curd rice is ready
