Black salt - 1 pinch

METHOD
1 - add refined flour , suji, baking powder , curd and 1 tsp salt mix and make a dough
2 - dough rest in 4 hour
3 - boil potato
4 - chop corriender
5 - potato mash and all spices mix it
6 - filling fill inside a dough ball and using roller make it flat
7 - decorate chop corriender and cook kulcha on pan and grees butter both side
8 - both side golden colour
9 - your aloo kulcha is ready
