INGRIDENT

Mint - 1 bowel
Wheat flour - 1 bowel
Green chilly - 3/4
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Dry corriender - 1/2tsp
Black salt - 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Desi ghi - grease
Water - making dough


METHOD

1 - wheat flour and water mix and making a dough
2 - wash mint and chopped


3 - green chilly chopped
4 - add all spices, chopped green chilly , chopped mint and mix it in bowel

5 - make a small ball with dough and fill spices chopped mint and making a ball

6 - using a roller make it flat chapati
7 - chapati put on hot pan and grease desi ghi on both side

8 - your mint prantha is ready
