Water - 1 glass
METHOD
1 - peel[ watermelon ] waste
2 - chopped
3 -chopped waste boil 10 minute in water
4 - strain
5 - sugar add water make a syrup
6 - waste add sugar syrup and boil 15 minute in medium flame
7 - 7/8 hour put in syrup
8 - strain and dry it away from the direct sun light
9 - water melon candy is ready
