Carrot pink - 1
Boil potato - 1
Cauli flower - small piece
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 2
Boil peas - 1/2 bowel
Suji - 3 tbs
Oil - spread cutlets
Salt - according to taste
Red chilly - 1 tsp
Dry corriender - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1 pinch
METHOD
1 - chop all vegetables
2 squeeze- all vegetables
3 - vegetable water add in suji and make a better
4 - some salt and some red chilly add in suji and mix it
5 - all spices mix in vegetables
6 - make long shape
7 - suji spread on vegetable cutlets
8 - oil spread on pan
9 - cutlets put on pan
10 - both side is golden
11 - your suji cutlets is ready
