INGRIDENT


Rice - 1 glass
Dhuli  urad dal  [black gram] - 1/2 glass
Salt - 1tsp
Oil - spread dosa

METHOD

1 - soak rice and dal 1 to 2 hour


2 - separate grind
3 - rice , dal and salt mix and give rest 5-6 hours

4 - take a pan put dosa better and spread oil

5 - one side your dosa is golden
6 - crispy dosa is ready
