INGRIDENT
Tinda - 1 k.g.
Curd - 2 tbs
Oil - 2 tbs
Red chilly - 1.1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Dry coriander - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Saunf - 2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1 tsp
METHOD
1 - peel tinda
2 - all spices mix in bowl
3 - tinda lightly cut four side
4 - spices fill in tinda
5 - take a pan put in oil
6 - add curd and extra spices mix
7 - tinda put in curd and rest medium low flame
8 - stir in between
9 - your masala tinda is ready
