Carrot - 4/5
Potato -2
Peas - 1/2 bowl
Capsicum - 5/6
Cauli flower - 1 small
Tomato - 2
Green chilly - 3/4
Ginger - small piece
Curd - 1/2 bowl
Mali - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - decorate
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Garam masala - 1/2tsp
Dry coriander - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
1 - wash and cut all vegetables
2 - crush ginger and cut tomato
3 - take a pan put oil
4 - oil hot add jeera and tomato ,ginger,,green chilly
5 -all spices add in curd and mix it
6 - tomato is soft add curd and mix it
7 - all vegetables add and mix give a rest in medium low flame
8 -your vegetable cook add malai and mix it and 5 minute rest in medium flame
9 - add garam masala and coriander leaves
10 - your mix veg is ready
