Cooked dal - 1 bowl
Wheat flour - 3 tbsp
Green chilly - 2/3
Curry leaves - 20/25
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Salt - some
Hing - 1 pinch
Oil - deep fry
METHOD
1 - cooked dal
2 - chopp chilly and curry leaves
3 - add all matrils in dal and mix it
4 - oil hot
5 - make a dal pakorde in oil
6 -both side is golden colour
7- your dal pakorda is ready you serve chutny
