Poha - 1 bowl
Bread crumbs - 8 bread
Papad crumbs - 3 papad
Carrot - 3
Capcicum - 2
Potato - 2 boil
Chees - 1 bowl
Coriander leaves - some
Pees - 1/2 bowl
Red chilly - 2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Refine flour - 2 tbsp
Oil - deep fry
METHOD
1 - wash poha
2 -making crumbs[papad and bread]
3 - boil peas
4 -chopped vegetables
5 -taking a bowl
6 -all vegetables ,all spices ,bread crumbs ,poha ,and refine flour mix it
7 -making cutlets and covered papad crumbs
8 - deep fry cutlets
9 -poha papad cutlets is ready serve chutney ya catchup
