Green chilly - 2
Clove - 2
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
Bay leaf [tej patta] - 1
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Chane ki dal - 1 pinch
Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Ginger - 1 very small piece
Dry red chilly - 2
Oil - 2 tsp
METHOD
1 - dry red chilly , clove, cinnamon ,bay leaf ,jeera ,chane ki dal these are roasted in 1/2 tsp oil
2 -grind make a powder
