ALOO KI SABJI WITH DAL KI KACHORI




INGRIDENT

[ALOO KI SABJI]

Aloo - 2 boil
Dal chini - 1 piece
Badi elaichi - 1
Tej patta - 2
Curd - 2 tbsp
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Dry coriander - 1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp 
Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Water - 2 cu
Jeera - 1 pinch

[DAL KACHORI]

Refined flour - 500 g
Urad ki dhuli dal - 1/2 bowl
Salt - 2 tsp
Oil  - deep fry
Red chilly - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Sauf - 1  1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Dry coriander - 1/2 tsp




METHOD

1 - peel boil potato and crush with hand
2 -take a pan add oil
3 - add dal chini , badi elaichi ,tejpatta
4 - all spices mix in curd
5 -spices curd add in oil and mix it
6 -spices separate oil 
7 - add potato and water and mix it and rest 10 minute in midium flame
8 - your aloo sabji is ready



FILLING

1 - dal wash and soak 1 hour
2 - dal lightly grind  [not make a paste]
3 - 1 tsp oil add in pan 
4 - dal and all spices add in oil and roast some time
5 -filling is ready


1 - 2 tbsp oil , 1 tsp salt  ,some water add in refined flour and make a dough
2 - rest 20 minute
3 - make a small ball and fill cool dal and press with hand
4 - kachori deep fry in medium low flame
5 - let it fry for 15 minute
6 - both side is golden out in oil
7 - your  aloo sabji and dal kachori is ready
