INGRIDENT
Wheat flour dough - 3 ball
Potato - 2 boil
Peas - 1/2 bowl
Tomato - 1
Green chilly - 3
Cottage cheese - 1/2 bowl
Gram flour - 1 tbsp
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Desi ghi - greese
Cheese - according to taste
Tomato sauce - according to taste
METHOD
1 - potato peel and mash
2 - add boil peas
3 - tomato and chilly grind
4 -take a pan add grind tomato and gram flour mix it add some water and all spices mix it
5 - add mash potato , peas and cottage cheese and mix it only 5 minute
6 - rest in cool
7 -ball roll in small chapati
8 - roll chapati on glass and put on tandoor and cook
9 -greese ghi in between
10 - remove the taco after glass get cool
11 - spread tomato sauce in between taco
12 -add potato filling in taco and add grated cheese in it
13 - put in microwave for 1 minute
14 - your indian style taco is ready
