INGRIDENT
Cheese - according to taste
Bun - 2
Potato - 2
Carrot - 1
Sev - 1 bowl
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Salt - according to taste
Amchur powder - 1 pinch
Mustered seeds - 1 pinch
Curry leaves - 6/7
Tomato catchup
Coriander chutney
Oil - 2 tsp
METHOD
1 - potato boil , peel and mash
2 -great carrot
3 - chopped curry leaves
4 - take a pan add 1 tsp oil
5 - add mustered seeds ,curry leaves ,mash potato and great carrot mix it
6 - add all spices and mix it 5 minute in medium flame and rest in 15 minute
7 - potato is cool decorate sev and cheese
8 - take a bun lightly cut[ not brake in 2 pieces]
9 -one side grease catchup and another side chutney
10 - cheese sev potato inside the bun
11 sprinkle sev on bun
12 -oil on pan and bake a bun
13 - your cheese dabeli is ready
