INGRIDENT
Mung dhuli - 1/2 small bowl
Capsicum - 1
Carrot - 1
Salt - 1 tsp
Eno - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 1/2
Curry leaves - 7/8
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
1 - dal wash and 1/2 hour soak
2 - grind
3 - take a bowl add dal ,1/2 tsp salt ,lemon juice ,1 pinch sugar and eno mix it
4 - bowl grese add dhokla paste and 10 minute steam in high flame
5 - check dhokla
6 - chopped vegetable
7 -your dhokla is ready cut piece
8 - take a pan add oil, mustard seeds , curry leaves
9 -add chopped vegetable and saute it
10 - add all spices and sugar mix it
11 - add dhokla piece and mix it
12 your vege mung dal dhokla is ready
