DAHI BHALLA

INGREDIENTS

Moong dhuli dal                           - 1 bowl
Salt(according to taste)                 - 1 tea spoon
Baking powder                             - 1 pinch
Water
Oil                                                 - For deep fry
Curd                                              - 1 bowl
Black salt                                      - according to taste
Amchoor chutney                         - according to taste
Coriander(dhaniya) chutney         - according to taste
Besan(Chick pea flour)                 - 1/2 bowl
Roasted jeera(cumin)                    - sprinkle


METHOD

1 - Soak moong dhuli dal for 30 minute in water, after 30 minute grind it and put in bowl


2 - Mix grinded moong dhuli dal with salt ,besan and baking powder


3 - Take a frying pan and add oil in it when oil becomes hot, slowly slowly add balls made from grinded dal and when ball turns brown then take it

4 - After taking out balls soak it in water

5 - Now squeeze balls so that water comes out. Now put some of these balls in plate and top it with curd  and sprinkle black salt and jeera(cumin), now add amchoor chutney and coriander chutney

6 - Your moong dall dahi Bhalla is ready to serve
