COCONUT CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

Coconut                            - 1
Roasted chickpea (chana) - 1 bowl
Green chilly                      - 2-3
Salt                                    - 1/2 tea spoon (according to taste)
Amchoor powder              - 1/2 tea spoon
Water                                - 1/2 bowl
Curry leaves                      - 10-12
Mustard seeds                   - 1/2 tea spoon
Oil                                     - 1/2 tea spoon


METHOD


1 - Soak chickpea(chana) for 10 minute, and cut coconut in small pieces


2 - Take a mixer and add in coconut pieces, soaked chickpea(chana), green chilly, salt, amchoor powder and water in it and grind all 


3 - Put the grinded chutney in bowl


4 - Take a pan and add oil when oil gets hot add curry leaves and mustred seeds

5 -  Now mix the curry leaves and mustard seeds which we have made in pan with the grinded chutney bowl , mix them well . Your chutney is ready to serve
