INGERIDENT
Suji (semolina) - 1 bowl
Curd - 1 bowl
Carrot - 1
Tomato - 1
Shimla mirch (green bell pepper) - 1
Cabbage - 1/2
Paneer (Cheese) - 100 g.
Salt - 1 tea spoon or according to taste
Water - 1/2 bowl
Red chilly - 1 tea spoon or according to taste
Oil - 1 tea spoon
METHOD
1 - Take a shredder machine and shred all vegetables
2 - Take another bowl add in suji, curd, shredded vegetables, 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/2 tea spoon red chilly and water mix them well and keep it on rest for 15 minutes, your uttapam mixture is ready
3 - Now grind paneer (cheese) and mix it well with red chilly and salt
4 - Take a pan and when pan is hot add in some oil , after it put in 1 table spoon uttapam mixer and rotate it in circular motion and put some oil drops around the mixture, keep your stove on low flame
5 - When one side of mixture turns golden then add the mixture of grinded paneer (cheese) which we have taken in another bowl , after this flip the uttapam mixture and let it cook from another side till it turns golden
6 - When both side is golden your uttapm is ready now you can serve it with coconut chutney or any other sider
