DAL (Black lentil ) INGREDIENTS
Urad dhuli dal (black lentil ) - 1 bowl
Tomato - 2
Salt - 1 tea spoon
Red chilly 1/2 tea spoon
Dry coriander - 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric - 1/2 tea spoon
Hing(asafoetida ) - 1 pinch
Jeera (cumin) - 1 pinch
Water - 4 bowl
Ghee (clarified butter) - 1 tea spoon
Fresh Coriander - sprinkle
METHOD
1 - wash 1 bowl dal ( black lentil) and put in pressure cooker with 4 bowl water , small pieces of tomato's, 1 tea spoon salt or according to taste, 1/2 tea spoon turmeric, 1/2 tea spoon red chilly or according to taste and dry coriander and let in cook in pressure cooker for 4 whistles
2 - take a pan and add ghee in it when ghee gets hot put in hing and jeera after this take this pan and add cooked jeera and hing in pressure cooker containing dal
3 - your dal (black lentil) is ready now sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves
BATI INGREDIENTS
Atta ( wheat flour) - 1 bowl
Oil - 2 tea spoon
Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Ghee
Water - make a dough
Tomato sauces - for stuffing
Coriander and mint chutney - for stuffing
METHOD
1 -Take a bowl, put in atta, oil and salt mix it with water and make a dough
2 - After your dough is ready rest it for 5 minute
3 - Make a small ball from the dough and stuff it with chutney and sauce
4 - Now place the stuffed atta balls on hot tandoor on medium flame for 10 minutes
5 - When color of bati turns golden than it is ready
6 - Now dip colourfull tandoori bati in ghee and serve with dal
