MASALA ARBI ( TARO ROOTS)


INGREDIENTS

Arbi (Taro roots)     - 1/2 kg
Oil                            - 1 table spoon
Red chilly powder   - 1-1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric                  - 1 tea spoon
Salt                           - 1-1/2 tea spoon
Dry coriander           - 1 tea spoon
Amchoor powder     - 1/2 tea spoon
Saunf (Fennel)         - 1-1/2 tea spoon
Fresh coriander        - for sprinkling


METHOD

1 - Boil the arbi and peel it






2 - Take a bowl and add in all ingredients (avoid oil) Red chilly- 1-1/2 tea spoon,, Turmeric - 1 tea spoon , Salt - 1-1/2 tea spoon or according to taste, Dry coriander - 1 tea spoon , Amchoor powder - 1/2 tea spoon , Saunf(fennel) - 1-1/2 tea spoon , Fresh Coriander- for sprinkling


3 - Take arbi in separate plate and press it with your hand , then add the arbi in the bowl of ingredients which we have made in previous step and cover the arbi with ingredients mixture from both side


4 - Now take a pan, add oil in it when oil is hot then add the masala arbi which we had made in previous step and cook it from both sides till it gets golden brown in color


5 - Your masala arbi ( taro root) is ready to serve
