INGREDIENTS
RICE TIKKI
Boil rice - 1 bowl
Bread crumbs - 2 [bread]
Salt - 1 pinch
Oil - 1 table spoon
STUFFING
Cauliflower - 1 small
Red chilly - 1/2 tea spoon
Garam masala- 1 pinch
Salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander - for sprinkling
METHOD
1 - Take a bowl add boiled rice , bread crumbs, 1 pinch salt and mix them well to make a dough (not using water)
2 - Take a bowl and chop cauliflower, coriander and add 1/2 tea spoon red chilly, 1 pinch garam masala, 1/2 tea spoon salt and mix well to make stuffing
3- Make balls from rice dough and stuff it with stuffing made in previous step
4 - After filling rice balls with stuffing press it with hands carefully so that it takes circular shape and this will be called tikki
5 - Now take a pan, add 1 tea spoon oil in it, when oil gets hot put tikki in it and cook it from both sides till its color turns golden brown
6 - Your tikki is ready now serve it with coriander and mint chutney or any other sider you like
