INGREDIENTS
Sour Apricot (khatti khubani) - 6 pieces
Black salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Red chilly - 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1 pinch
Roasted cumin (jeera) - 1 pinch
Sugar - 1 tea spoon
Semolina (Suji) - 1/2 bowl
Oil - for frying
Potato - 1 small boiled potato
Boondi - sprinkle
Water - 1 glass
METHOD-
STEPS FOR MAKING APRICOT (KHUBANI) DRINK
1- Grind apricot
2- Now take a bowl and add in it a glass of water with grinded apricot, 1/2 tea spoon black salt(according to taste), 1 pinch red chilly(according to taste), 1 pinch garam masala, 1 pinch roasted cumin (jeera), some boondi and 1 tea spoon sugar mix it well and store it in refrigerator
3- Your apricot drink is ready
STEPS FOR MAKING GOL GAPPE
1- Take a 1/2 bowl of semolina (suji) and add 1 tea spoon oil, 1 pinch salt and 3 tea spoon water in it and now make a dough of it and keep it on rest for 10 minutes
2- Your dough is ready, now make small balls from the dough and make small chapati out of it
3- Take a frying pan and add oil in it when oil gets hot put those small chapati in frying pan and turn the stove on low flame
4- When chapati turns golden brown and puff up then take it out . Your gol gappe is ready
5- Now take a bowl and mash the boiled potato in it now add in 1 pinch of salt (according to taste) and use this material for stuffing in gol gappe
6- Now serve gol gappe with filling in potato mash and adding cold apricot drink in it.
