INGREDIENTS
Kacha aam (raw mango) - 2
Sugar - 1 table spoon
Red chilly - 1 pinch
Black salt - 1/2 tea spoon
Saunf (fennel) - 1 pinch
METHOD
1 - Peel mango and after peeling it grate it
2 - Now add grated mango in sugar syrup and keep it on rest for 1-2 hours
3- After grated mango soaked sugar syrup then take a pan and put the stove on medium flame and add grated mango which we soaked in sugar (no oil) with black salt, red chilly, saunf (fennel) and keep it stirring till sugar syrup is observed completely
4 - Your Mango(aam) lacha is ready
5 - Store it in refrigerator for better taste
