NAWABI CHANA CHAAT



INGREDIENTS

Kala chana (Black chickpea)  - 1 bowl
Cucumber                                -1 small
Tomato                                    - 1 small
Green chilly paste
Black salt                                 - 1 pinch
Salt                                           - 1/2 tea spoon
Papdi                                        - 3-4
Amchoor chutney                    - according to taste
Coriander and mint chutney    - according to taste
Fruits & Nuts

METHOD

1 - Put kala chana in water for 6 hours

2- Now take a pressure cooker add water soaked chana with 1  glass of water and 1/2 tea spoon salt and boil it on low flame for 2 hours



3 - After your chana is boiled in pressure cooker, let it cool

4 - Cut cucumber and tomato, crush papdi and take green chilly paste


5 - Now take a bowl and add in it boiled chana, cucumber,  tomato, crushed papdi,  green chilly paste, 1 pinch black salt, fruits, coriander and mint chutney with amchoor chutney (for recipe checkout our blog) and mix well

6 - Now sprinkle some nuts on it and your NAWABI CHANA CHAAT is ready
