INGREDIENTS
Peas - 1 bowl
Red chilly - 1/2 tsp
Salt - more than 1/2 tsp
Dry coriander - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 pinch
Oil - 1 tbsp
Wheat flour - 1 bowl
METHOD
1 - Take a pan and add wheat flour, water to make a dough and rest it for 15 minute
2 - Now take a bowl and add peas, water and boil peas
3 - After boiling peas strain it and place it separately to cool it
4 - When peas is cooled add 1/2 tsp red chilly, 1/2 tsp dry coriander, 1 pinch garam masala, more than 1/2 tsp salt and mix them properly and crush peas while mixing
5 - Now make balls from dough and with help of roller make chapti and stuff peas and spices mixture that we have prepared in previous step and close the chapati and again make ball from it and make it flat by roller i.e, make stuffed chapati
6 - After this take a pan and grease some oil on it and add pees stuffed chapati, now cook it from both sides till its color changes to golden brown
7 - Your Hara Bhara Parantha is ready to serve
