BISCUTE CAKE


INGREDIENTS

Parle G biscuit   - 10-12(pieces)
Milk                   - 1/2 bowl
Baking powder  - 1 pinch
Sugar                  - 2 tsp
Almond              - 10-12(pieces)



METHOD


1- Start with grinding biscuits



2- Now grind almonds separately





3- Take a bowl add grinded biscuit, grinded almonds, sugar and milk now mix them well and rest the batter for 5 minutes






4- After 5 minutes add baking powder in the batter and mix it, then put the batter in a bowl Greeced with oil and add finely chopped almonds on top

5- Now put that bowl in steamer for 10 minutes on high flame

6- After 10 minutes poke the cake with knife , if your knife is clean than your cake is ready

8 - Now your biscuit cake is ready to serve
