This is exotic dish made from leaves and other ingredients that are good for health and can be consumed by any section of people who are vegetarians and non vegetarians
INGREDENTS
Arbi leaves - 4
Suji (Semolina) - 3tbsp
Curd - 1-1/2 tbsp.
Green chilly - 3
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1-1/2 TSP
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 10-12
METHOD
1 - wash the arbi leaves
2 - mix suji (Semolina) , curd , red chilly powder , salt and make a paste.
3 - now put that paste on the arbi leave.
4 - steam the arbi leaves for 10 minutes on high flame.
5 - after the leaves cool down cut them into small pieces.
6 - take a pan add oil in it , when the oil is hot add mustard seeds and after 1 minute add in curry leaves and chopped green chilly and stir it.
7 - now add your leave wrap in the pan.
8 - your leaves wrap is ready to eat.
