INGREDIENTS
Milk - 1/2 L
Lauki (Bottle gourd) - 1/2
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Elachi(cardamom) powder - sprinkle
Almond - 7-8
METHOD
1 - Take 1/2 lauki (Bottle gourd) peel, cut and then boil it.
2 - Cool the boiled lauki (Bottle gourd) and grind it
3 - Take a pan add milk in it and boil it on low flame.
4 - When the milk is reduced add grinded lauki in it and keep on stirring it
5 - Add sugar , elachi (cardamom) powder , and chopped almonds in it.
6 - now turn off the flames and let it rest until it comes to the room temperature.
7 - now pour your milk in the kulfi maker and put it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hrs.
8 - now your Lauki Kulfi is ready to eat
