Suji (Semolina) Finger chips is a dish made from suji or semolina and this can be served with any of your favourite sides. This is a modification in a cuisine with a burst of spices and flavours.
This dish is a vegetarian dish which is prepared without using onion and garlic.
If you are from one of those people that love onion and garlic flavor then you can add it and enhance its taste and that will be definitely a cherry on a cake for your dish
INGREDIENTS
Suji (Semolina) - 1/2 bowl
Coriander chutney - 2 tsp
Amchoor chutney - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly - 1 pinch
Black salt - 1 pinch
Lemon - 1/2
Oil - deep fry
Gram flour - 3tsp
METHOD
1 - Add 1tsp oil, 1pinch salt in suji and mix in bowl
2 - Add water and make a smooth dough and rest it for 10 minute
3 - After 10 minute roll the dough and cut in sticks
4 - Give steam to sticks for 5 minute
5 - When sticks get cool then mix them in green and red chutney and add 1 pinch salt and red chilly and mix them
6 - Now dust gram flour on it and mix it
7 - Take a pan, add oil in and deep fry it
8 - Now dip sticks one by one in oil on medium flame
9 - When they are golden brown take it out from pan
10 -Now add black salt and lemon juice on it according to taste and mix them
11 - Your suji finger chips are ready to serve
