INGREDIENTS
Tight tomato - 1 kg
Potato - 1kg
Green chilly - 7/8
Red chilly - 1tsp
Salt - 2 tsp[according to taste]
Dry coriander - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Oil -2 tbs
Curry leaves - 8 -10Mustard seeds - 1 pinch
Jeera - 1 pinch
METHORD
1- Chop potato in small pieces
2 - tomato hole in between [juice hold in bowl]
3 - add oil in pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves in hot oil
4 - add chopped potatoes in curry leaves and add some spice in potatoes and mix it in low flame 15 minute
6 - Now stuff cool potatoes in tomatoes
7 - grind tomatoes and green chilly
8 - take a pan and add oil, jeera and grind tomato and tomato juice mix it
9 - add all spices and mix it
10 - When oil is separated from tomato add some water in it
11 -add stuffed tomato in it low flame for 25 minute
