GULAB JAMUN


INGRIDIENTS

Amul diamond milk - 1 lt
Flour - 3 tsp
Sugar 1 glass
Water 1 glass
Oil  - deep fry

METHOD

1 - boil milk  in medium flame

2 - milk is lightly thick

3 - khoa is ready

4- khoa cool and mix 3 tsp flour in it

5 - round a ball

6 - take a bowel put in water and add sugar in it and 15 minute in midume flame
7 -  ball fry in low flame
8 - balls golden colour out in oil
9 - balls put in sugar water in 1 hours
10 - your  gulab jamun is ready
